3D Design ,Visualization and Scale model of a Dakar Truck

We started talking about a legend within the Dakar Rally episodes.
After visiting the DAF museum in 2024, we came to the conclusion it was time for a redesign.
Together with Raymond van der Weijden from the company Scalemasters we build a physical model.
His craftsmanship building scale models together with our passion for mobility resulted in this truck design.

Modeling the vehicle in 3D with an eye for construction

Together with Scalemasters we started designing on paper.
SELU created a 3D model and came up with a few different branding layouts.
This lead to a short video.
The final result is a 1:32 scalemodel.
